Union Leasing’s renewal management is a proactive service provided throughout the life of our partnership. We work diligently for you, to manage not only registration renewals, but any changes, violations and tolls as well as property tax and implementing a transponder management program.

Ongoing compliance from the first registration is our number one goal. Strong relationships with our customers and drivers, as well as local and state agencies allow us to quickly resolve issues, process and timing challenges efficiently, keeping your fleet on the road and working for you. Our track record speaks for itself, historically we are 100% compliant including 97% on-time registration and renewal.   

A large part of that success is a result of the trusted expertise that makes up our team in the License & Title Department.  This team of four has over 70 combined years of experience in this unique industry, and because they know the difficulties our customers face when it comes to compliance of a vehicle, they strive to offer flexibility whenever possible, as every day can bring new challenges in the counties, cities and states they oversee.

This system, created by one of our own employees, tracks when a vehicle triggers a violation, as well as identify what vehicles are within 60 days of a renewal. A very proactive approach.
