Union Leasing is Pleased to Announce the Addition of Jennifer Giuliano to our Client Services Team
Schaumburg, IL - Union Leasing Inc. is pleased to welcome Jennifer Giuliano to the position of Client Services Account Manager. Giuliano comes to Union with an extensive background in client services, account management and sales support, in the automotive and equipment finance industries. Her experience in leasing and finance, combined with her client service skills make her an ideal addition to the Union account management team. She joined Union in mid-August, and is in the process of familiarizing herself with Union's systems and procedures; she has also proven her ability to efficiently learn the inner workings of fleet leasing and management.
The addition of Giuliano as a client support resource bolsters the account management team, and her arrival coincides with a period that has seen substantial growth of Union's client base. She will be tasked with supporting the day-to-day operations of her accounts, and upholding the Union Leasing U-first Pledge.
Giuliano will report to Myles McEvilly, Director of Client Services at Union Leasing. "We are confident that the addition of Jennifer to our Account Management team will strengthen our position as the leader in client focused fleet management" McEvilly said, "We will be transitioning established accounts as well as new clients to Jennifer" he added.

Schaumburg, IL - Union Leasing Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Dan Darbor as Regional Sales Manager for the Midwest Region. A veteran of the fleet industry, Darbor has spent his last 5 years as VP of Business Development for Donlen, and his previous 8 years as a Regional Sales Manager at Wheels.
Darbor will be responsible for a multi-state territory, presenting fleet leasing and management solutions to fleets of all sizes. He will report to Mark Conroy, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Union Leasing. "Dan is a well-known and respected fleet management professional who will bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to our team at Union Leasing", Conroy said, "We are excited to have him join our company", he added.
Union Leasing Welcomes Patrick Cronin to The Fleet Management Industry
Schaumburg, IL - Union Leasing Inc. announced today that Patrick Cronin has joined the firm in the position of Marketing Coordinator. Mr. Cronin has 10 years of business-to-business experience in the marketing field, and looks to bring his recent success in the systems integration industry to Union Leasing and the fleet management industry.

July 2010 Union Leasing promotes Sheri Smith, hires fleet industry veteran Glenn Brosius.
Union Leasing is pleased to announce Sheri Smith has been named Manager of Vehicle Purchasing. This new role has been created to fulfill the needs of both external and internal customers. Sheri has been with Union Leasing for over seven years and has played a key role in developing Union's purchasing process. In her new position Smith will continue to enhance the procurement process, adding greater value to Union Leasing's clients.
In an effort to keep pace with current growth and to be adequately staffed for new business activity, Union has also added Glenn Brosius as Purchasing Agent. Glenn is a former fleet manager for both CNA Insurance and Globe Glass. He has also worked in business development for Mike Albert Leasing and as a regional manager for the former CSC Fleet Management. With the knowledge and experience of both a fleet manager and a fleet supplier, Glenn is a perfect addition to the Union Leasing team.
"As we continue to add capacity, we are also committed to adding the commensurate purchasing talent to fulfill client needs and further enhance procurement efficiencies, " says Greg Carson, Director of Fleet Operations for Union Leasing. March 2010 myFleetLink is a newer, faster, and more efficient way for Union Leasing customers to access their fleet information.
This new web based client access site includes all the features and functionality of the current portal in addition to exciting new elements including dashboard fleet metrics, vehicle pricing, enhanced reporting capabilities and online ordering. "Through extensive client feedback, we have carefully built myFleetLink to provide an easy view of all fleet information in a extremely user friendly and eye pleasing format". "We are very happy with the enthusiastic responses we have received both externally and internally for myFleetLink", said Kent Boskovich, President of Union Leasing. Boskovich added that " Union is committed to providing our client base with fleet management tools that will increase their ability to view and retrieve key information without losing the high touch service and family type relationships we have built within our client base". Client Feedback will continue to be the main source for the evolution and future improvements of Union's new product.

Fred Bulterman is responsible for the growth and development of Union Leasing's Government Services division which is dedicated to working with government organizations, municpalities, police forces and states to provide fleet management.

South East Regional Sales Manager Chris Shellenbach was recognized as the 2008 First Achievers Club Award winner by Union’s President, Kent Boskovich. His recognition was for sales performance and commitment to the vision and mission of Union Leasing. Chris has been in the fleet management industry for over 17 years. He and his wife Jill live in Cookville, Tennessee.

Union awarded the Extra Mile Award to Jo Davidson. The award is open to all employees and represents outstanding service to both clients and fellow employees. 6/24/08 Schaumburg, IL – Union Leasing is pleased to announce the appointment of Jeffrey Malko as its regional sales manager for the Great Lakes and Northeast. Prior to his appointment with Union, Malko had been with GE Capital Fleet Services based out of offices in Pittsburgh, Pa. since 1998. As vice president of business development since 2004, Malko also worked many years on the strategic consulting side of fleet working with clients to reduce costs through productivity solutions and presenting best practice frameworks. He will be responsible for a multi-state territory providing fleet management solutions to fleets in the 10-500 market space.
Malko will report directly to Mark Conroy, vice president sales and marketing for Union Leasing.

3/4/08 Schaumburg, IL - Union Leasing is pleased to announce the appointment of Bill Sihksnel as its Regional Sales Manager for the Northeast. Sihksnel will report
directly to Mark Conroy, Vice President Sales and Marketing for Union Leasing. Union’s rapid expansion and growth has created this opportunity. Sihksnel will be responsible for
an East Coast multi state sales territory providing vehicle management solutions to companies in the 10-500 fleet market.
Prior to his appointment with Union, Sihksnel was Vice President Business Development for GE Commercial Finance Fleet Services based out of Melville, New York since 1993. He also spent 10 years as Vice President/ Regional Sales Manager with Leasing Associates prior to GE Fleet. Over his 25 year fleet management career, Sihksnel has sourced and managed total portfolios in excess of 32 million dollars.

2/20/08 Schaumburg, IL - North Central Regional Sales Manager Randy Pozin was recognized as the 2007 Union Leasing Regional Manager of the Year at the Annual Company wide meetings on February 20th, 2008. He was awarded the 2007 U First Achievers Club Award by Union’s VP Sales and Marketing Mark Conroy at the Schaumburg Marriott in Schaumburg, Illinois. He was recognized for his sales performance, leadership and his commitment to the vision, core values and mission of Union Leasing.
Pozin, with 32 years of fleet management industry experience, has consistently performed well in the fleet management industry since 1975. His wife Nancy and daughters Amy and Suzanne provided the motivation and support.

10/18/07 Schaumburg, IL - Kent Boskovich, President of Union Leasing, has been appointed to the position of Director of Lessors on the Board of the Automotive Fleet and Leasing Association (www.aflaonline.org). His appointment was made at the 39th Annual AFLA Conference at the Loews Ventana Resort in Tucson, Arizona on September 5th-7th, 2007.
Kent’s responsibilities will be to act as the liason between AFLA and the Industry’s Fleet Management Lessors. Kent has been an active member of AFLA for many years and had previously run for a Board position in 2006. Union Leasing has been well represented over the years at AFLA by CEO Shad Peterson and Vice President Sales and Marketing Mark Conroy, the latter having just completed his term as AFLA President in 2006-2007. Mr. Boskovich’s current term is up in June 2008. At that time, he will be able to run for a two year re-election as Director Lessors or choose to run as Vice President and become an Executive Officer of AFLA.
AFLA’s President for 2007-2008 is Elsie Lucia from Estee Lauder and Executive Vice President is Mike Antich from Bobit Business Media. Next year’s Conference is scheduled for September 10th-12th, 2008 at the Marriott Camelback Resort in Scottsdale, Arizona.
7/12/07 Schaumburg, IL - Union Leasing Inc. announced today that Mark Conroy has joined the company as Vice President Sales & Marketing. Conroy comes to Union with 26 years of sales and management experience within the fleet industry. Mr. Conroy will be responsible for leading Union’s North American sales team, strategic marketing and fostering development partners reporting directly to recently named President, Kent Boskovich. Mr. Conroy will work from offices in Roswell, Ga.
For the past 10 years, Mr. Conroy held various positions with Alpharetta, Ga based LeasePlan USA including Director of Marketing, National Sales Vice President and Mid Market Sales Vice President for Lease Plan USA. Additionally, he was responsible for LeasePlan’s International Coordination efforts handling global fleets of 1,500 and under. Prior to LeasePlan, Mr. Conroy spent 6 years in Sales with Union Leasing in the Midwest and was based in Chicago.
"We’re very excited to have Mark joining our management team " said Kent Boskovich, President. "Mark brings a tremendous amount of sales and marketing experience, and has a sincere commitment to servicing clients to the optimum level.

4/27/07 Schaumburg, IL - Union Leasing Inc. announced today that current President Shad Peterson has been appointed Chief Executive Officer by its Board. At the same time Mr. Peterson takes great pleasure in announcing that Kent Boskovich, VP & Managing Director of Business Development and Marketing, will become the next President of Union Leasing, overseeing all day-to-day activities and working with Shad on future strategic directions. "Kent has been a cornerstone of Union Leasing, my Executive Team and a true partner; I am extremely happy for him in this role and expect great things for our company in the future." said Shad Peterson.
Kent has spent his entire professional career in the fleet management industry, of which the last nine years have been with Union Leasing. Kent's experience also includes sales management positions with GE Fleet Services and Wheelco Leasing. Kent has undergraduate degrees in both Accounting and Business Administration, and an MBA in Finance from DePaul University.
As CEO, Mr. Peterson will spend his time focusing on making sure Union can achieve its vision and goal of becoming a leader in the small and medium business fleet management industry. "These are exciting times at Union. Our organization has experienced exceptional growth over the past several years while remaining true to its mission of providing dedicated customer service and reducing the cost of fleet administration for its customers" said Shad Peterson. "We will continue to invest time and money into new products, which will result in servicing our clients better." 4/11/07 Schaumburg, IL - Union Leasing Inc. announced today that Greg Carson has joined the company as Managing Director of Fleet Operations. Carson comes to Union with 20 years of sales and management experience within the fleet services industry. Mr. Carson will have the responsibility of leadership and management over all aspects of Union Leasing fleet operations including department oversight for Purchasing, Licensing & Tilting, Fleet Maintenance & Insurance and Remarketing.
Mr. Carson’s past experience includes 4 years as Director of Vehicle Accident & Insurance Services for PHH Arval, fifteen years sales and management capacities with the former Chicago based Consolidated Service Corporation (CSC) and numerous process improvement consultancies with fleet management providers.
"Greg has tremendous experience in the automotive services industry. He has a proven track record for identifying service needs and delivering value to the client," said Shad Peterson, President. "He brings to Union a high level of energy and focus. Union Leasing Inc. announced that it will be adding Fleet Insurance as part of its full life-cycle approach.

2/22/07 - Schaumburg, IL Union Leasing, Inc. announced today that Myles McEvilly has joined the company as Managing Director of Client Services. McEvilly comes to Union after 28 years of distinguished service with Wheels Inc. of Des Plaines, Illinois. He will have the responsibility of leadership and management over all aspects of customer planning, client service and providing consultative fleet administration for Union clients.
While employed by Wheels McEvilly served as General Manager of the midsize fleet division and was responsible for sales and service for the eastern half of the United States. McEvilly also served as the Midwest regional consulting manager.
"Myles has deep experience in the automotive industry, including business development and client relations. He has a great track record for delivering service and value," said Shad Peterson, President. "He brings to Union a high commitment to customer satisfaction, with his years of experience he is ideally suited for the position and will be an asset in assisting Union in maintaining its position as a leading lessor in the small and medium markets.

11/13/06 - Union Leasing has chosen Fourth Fleet Financial, Inc. to provide automotive financing and extended
service contract protection options for its Driver/Employee Sale Program. Union Leasing's decision was based on
Fourth Fleet's specialized approach to financing end-of-term fleet sales and matching each customer with an
appropriate lending product and partner.
"Fourth Fleet’s multi-lender platform and driver sale specific process reaches deeper into the employee credit pool and delivers a customized process that respects the employee off-lease purchase needs of our clients," said Ken Fitzgerald, director of finance & operations.
