A lot of companies talk about customer service. So we’ll let our customers talk about it for us. In conducting a research study to determine our own net promoter score, we asked our customers, “how likely are you to recommend Union Leasing to a colleague or peer?” Union scored an amazing 77.59. What’s so amazing? Typical net promoter scores are in the 30 - 40 range. A score of 50 is considered excellent. Indeed, many of our customers cannot imagine doing business with anyone else.
