FLEET OPERATION SERVICES
Fuel Management Program
A major advantage to leasing is controlling your cost and maintaining good cash flow. But one variable that affects all of us is the ever-escalating price of fuel. Although Union Leasing can’t do much about the price at the pump, we provide this comprehensive tool to help you manage your fuel cost and lighten your administration hassles.
The Union Leasing Fuel Program provides you:
- Universal Acceptability (if desired)
- User Accountability
- Control of Costs
- Web-based reporting
One Card. Many Advantages.
Introducing The Union Leasing MasterCard Fuel Card. More than just a corporate card, this card gives your operators the freedom to fuel up at virtually any gas establishment, but gives you the power to set criteria and monitor all activities.
The Union Leasing Fuel Card allows you to streamline business expenses by setting defined parameters of acceptability – nearly universal or extremely narrow. A vast network of nearly 500,000 fleet-related merchants currently accepts the card.
Cards can be assigned by vehicle, by individual driver and even to multiple drivers, and cannot be used by other parties or for non-approved vehicles. You also control precisely what can be purchased with the card (i.e. fuel only).
You also receive on-line fleet merchant acceptance directory, as well as master coverage liability protection.
Accountability and Control
As part of the Union Leasing Fuel Management Program, you can access real-time data that updates you on transaction activity, history and purchase detail. If you need to make a change or have an inquiry, a dedicated customer support center is available 24/7.
